In this role you will be responsible for the ad copy and content initiatives of our clients who spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to millions of dollars per month in ad spend.
Ad Content (images, videos and copy) is the biggest lever we can pull in 2024 to create exponential improvements in campaigns results, hence our tagline! (Ads That Don’t Suck) and that’s why your role is so crucial to driving the needle.
Working alongside a team of highly creative and innovative video editors, graphic designers and media buyers, you will lead the charge on conceptualizing out-of-the-box ideas for ad content.
One day you’ll be writing a series of 20 short hook ideas to test.
Another day you’ll be compiling the winners from that test into a longer form video script.
Another day you’ll spot a trending content style on TikTok and have the inspiration to apply it to one of our client’s offers, create the brief, and watch your idea come to life with the expertise of our creative team.
You will thoroughly research our clients, their niches, their perfect customers’ pains, frustrations and desires, document your findings in running notes for future reference, then craft copy, hooks, headlines and video scripts that attract and convert buyers to their offers.
You will make data informed decisions with feedback from the media buying department on which of your ideas and messaging are working best in real-time to constantly create new and improved scripts and ad briefs.
Rather than just copywriting straight up scripts, you will analyze the social media landscape to identify what content styles, hooks and pattern interrupts are grabbing the most attention, then apply your copywriting and persuasion prowess to these content styles.

You'll use your knowledge of persuasion, price anchoring and direct response principles to create bold, simply and succinct creatives that immediately communicate value.
