Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of http://www.GripAdvertising.com and https://Careers.GripAdvertising.com (together, the "Sites"), operated by Grip Advertising Ltd and Grip Innovations LLC - two separate legal entities both wholly owned by a common owner (together, “Grip Advertising”, "Grip", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Sites, you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not accept, do not use the Sites.


2. Eligibility
​You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Sites or submit an application.

3. Description of the Sites
​https://www.GripAdvertising.com is Grip's primary marketing website, including a Contact Form (powered by Typeform) through which visitors can submit inquiries, relevant documents and other information.

https://Careers.GripAdvertising.com is a career subdomain, hosted on GoHighLevel, through which prospective candidates can submit application information, including contact details, video submissions, employment history, and other requested information.

Grip may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Sites at any time without liability to you.

3.1 Relationship to Grip's Client Services Agreement
These Terms govern only the two Sites listed above: Grip's marketing website and its recruitment activity. The advertising, media buying, and creative production services Grip provides to its advertising client-partners are governed by a separate, individually negotiated written agreement between Grip and that client-partner (referred to elsewhere as the Master Advertising Service Agreement), and are not covered by these Terms. If you are an advertising client-partner of Grip, your rights and obligations regarding those services are set out in that separate agreement.


4. Submissions and User Content

4.1 Accuracy
You represent that all information you submit through the Contact Form, career.gripadvertising.com, or otherwise (including your personal information, resume, employment history, salary expectations, and video submissions) is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

4.2 License to Grip
By submitting content (including resumes, video submissions, and written responses), you grant Grip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and review that content solely for the purposes of evaluating your inquiry or candidacy, internal recordkeeping, and complying with applicable law. You retain ownership of your content.

4.3 Prohibited Submissions
You agree not to submit content that: is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights; contains malicious code; impersonates another person; or is submitted for any purpose other than a genuine business inquiry or job application.


5. No Guarantee of Employment or Engagement
Submission of an application, resume, or video through the Sites does not guarantee an interview, offer, or engagement of any kind. Grip evaluates candidates and inquiries at its sole discretion, based on factors including business need, role requirements, and timing, none of which are guaranteed to any applicant. Any offer of employment will be subject to a separate written contract of employment.


6. Third-Party Services
The Sites use third-party tools, including Typeform (Contact Form and file/video uploads), GoHighLevel (careers subdomain hosting and CRM) and Loom (Link uploads). Your use of these third-party tools may also be subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. Grip is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, except as required by applicable law. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites (excluding content you submit), including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Grip and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Sites for their intended purpose.


8. Communications Consent
If you provide your phone number and consent on the Sites, you agree to receive email and SMS text messages from Grip regarding your application and, where separately consented to, marketing communications, as further described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your application status. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or HELP for assistance. You may unsubscribe from emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent to receive SMS/email is not a condition of employment and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your application.

9. Disclaimers
The Sites and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Grip's only commitments regarding the Sites are those expressly stated in these Terms; no other warranty, whether regarding application outcomes, review timelines, or otherwise, should be implied from any other statement on the Sites. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.


10. Limitation of Liability
​TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. GRIP'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GRIP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (WHICHEVER IS GREATER), IF ANY.


11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Grip harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Sites, to the extent permitted by applicable law.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any protections you are entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

If you are located in the United States or elsewhere outside the UK/EEA, these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in all respects in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its choice of law and/or conflict of law principles. Any dispute directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you irrevocably consent to such venue and to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts over any such dispute.


13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Termination
We may restrict or terminate your access to the Sites at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
